Paleo Suites Reservation Terms & Conditions

• Early check in – no extra charge, upon availability of the booked suite
• Late check out – upon availability with an extra charge of 50% of the daily rate until 18:00pm, full daily rate after 18:00pm

Luggage storage available for early arrivals and late departures on the basis that not all suites within the building have been occupied.

Each Suites Rate includes as a standard without additional charge:

• Free High-Speed Wi-Fi
• The use of high-quality bath towels, slippers, luxury amenities
• Premium teas and the use of a Nespresso Machine with four complimentary welcome capsules
• Fridge with Complimentary Bottled Water
• All applicable taxes have been included in the rates 

Children

Superior Suites with Kitchen can accommodate young children up to 12 years of age with the use of the sofa couch within the living area that converts into a double bed. Please note that the bathroom for these suites is accessed through the main bedroom.

Deluxe Suites with Kitchen can accommodate children or an additional two adults with the use of the sofa couch within the living area that converts into a double bed. The bathroom in these suites is located just off the living room area.

For infants 0-2 years old, no extra cost will be charged, and a baby cot could be provided in the suites if arranged in advance.

Please let us know if you require a baby highchair as this would need to be arrange in advance.

• Superior Suites with Kitchen can accommodate children 0-12 years old within the living room area.
• Deluxe Suites with Kitchen can accommodate children or an additional two adults within the living room area.
• Extra adults are charged at a rate of €25 per day and extra children (2-12 years old) at a rate of 15 euros the day.

Penthouse Superior and Penthouse Deluxe Suites with Kitchen and Private Terrace & Hot Tubs can only accommodate two persons when booked separately however for infants 0-2 years old, no extra cost will be charged, and a baby cot could be provided in the suites if arranged in advance.

Penthouse Superior and Penthouse Deluxe Suites with Kitchen and Private Terrace and Hot Tubs are located on the whole of the upper 4^th floor and can be combined for those traveling in groups of 4 and looking for additional space.

For infants 0-2 years old, no extra cost will be charged, and a baby cot will be provided within the room when organized in advance. For children 2-12 years old an extra cost of 15 euros will be charged per child/ person.

For additional adults over the two-person suite capacity staying in the Deluxe Suites with Kitchen, rates policy for an extra adult or guest is applied.

Pets

Please note that Paleo Suites does not allow pets within the suites.

Smoking

Paleo Suites do not allow smoking within the suites.

 Flexible Rate-Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the credit card charge /deposit will be refunded to the customer.
• In case of cancellation beyond 14 days before arrival, the credit card charge /deposit will not be refunded to the customer.

Non-Refundable Rate-Cancellation policy

• Last minute bookings and nonrefundable bookings cannot be modified or cancelled without penalty. If you would like to modify or cancel this booking, please be in contact with us.

Please note that no refund is given in case of a cancellation or non-show to the premises. This rate per night is available only on a non-refundable basis. Prepayment: The total price of the reservation is charged at the time of booking at the non-refundable rate.
